The Birmingham Hippodrome are sponsoring this year — they’re building us a proper set & will have some tickets to the real panto to give away.

Yay. This is so why Twitted was invented, I’m convinced. Or panto. Or both.

How about we do some Chekhov next?…

20 May 09 @ 7pm

Jon Bounds says:

@Fiona i think an audioboo of a women starring wistfull out of a window onto a desolate rural landscape is called for there.

Andy Mabbett says:

I’m ready for my scene now, Mr DeMille^W Bounds.

20 May 09 @ 10pm

Alex Hughes says:

You can count me in, although I’d probably be best off in a curtain-pulling, scenery-designing kind of role…

20 May 09 @ 11pm

Pete Ashton says:

Twitter magic is being slow so to be sure, can I have a part please! Missed it last time due to timezone traumas…

Speaking of which, do we have a date?

20 May 09 @ 11pm

Jon Bounds says:

Tis Teh Tweetback plugin, it does work – but slowly today to be sure. No date, no ideas, nothing (apart from Maggie Phillbin playing a robot) — just going to let this fester & burble till panto season.

20 May 09 @ 11pm

Michael says:

I hope I’m already in too (again, guilty by association). This is very, very early though, considering last year it was arranged in a matter of days. Can we keep the enthusiasm alive over the next SEVEN MONTHS?

21 May 09 @ 7am

Jon Bounds says:

@michael nah, hold off on (any more than base) enthusiasm til December ;) It just slipped out, as the dame said to the principal boy.

Definitly up for that – can I be the mad Scottish uncle of the lead character who pops up and throws sweets at the audience while revealling a big secret plot device to the crowd (and the character, by mistake).

Best panto joke? What do you call two spiders who just got married? Newlywebs!

23 Nov 09 @ 10am

Chris Ivens says:

If I may be considered for a part please.

23 Nov 09 @ 10am

Jon Bounds says:

Course not — it’s on the twitter (although you may need to be in brum to take advantage of the Hippodrome’s offer of a free ticket for cast members)

23 Nov 09 @ 10am
